The Academy offers structured educational courses in entrepreneurship methodology. Courses are designed to develop understanding and practical application of the Lean Startup framework and related approaches.

Course content is based on established methodologies including the Lean Startup framework (Ries, 2011) and related academic and practitioner literature. Stratsphere LLC makes no representation that course content is exhaustive, current, or applicable to every industry, jurisdiction, or business context.

Academy courses are paid services. Fee schedules, refund policies, and enrolment terms are set out in the course enrolment agreement provided at the time of registration. This website does not constitute an offer of enrolment.

Business valuation services are provided by a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) credentialed by the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA) and governed by NACVA Professional Standards.

A valuation opinion is a professional judgement rendered as of a stated date, based on the information available at that date, and prepared for the specific purpose described in the engagement letter. It is not a prediction of future value, a guarantee of what a buyer will pay or a seller will receive, or a certification of any transactional outcome.

Opinions of value should not be relied upon for any purpose other than the purpose stated in the engagement letter. Reliance by third parties not identified in the engagement letter is neither authorised nor warranted.

Every valuation engagement is governed by a separately executed written engagement letter. The engagement letter defines the scope, standard of value, valuation date, intended use, and the party or parties to whom the opinion is addressed. In the event of any conflict between this website and the engagement letter, the engagement letter prevails.

Valuation engagements are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, unless the engagement letter specifies otherwise. Certain engagements — including those involving entities incorporated or operating in other jurisdictions, or those prepared for use in proceedings in other jurisdictions — may be subject to additional or alternative legal and professional requirements. The engagement letter will address applicable jurisdictional considerations for each engagement.

Valuation services available through Stratsphere LLC are limited to business and intangible asset valuations for the purposes described on the Valuation page of this website. Services not listed on the Valuation page are outside the scope of this practice. The practitioner reserves the right to decline any engagement at their sole discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Stratsphere LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or any services described herein, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of data.

In no event shall the total liability of Stratsphere LLC to any party exceed the fees actually paid by that party to Stratsphere LLC in connection with the specific service giving rise to the claim.
