Each course begins with the underlying framework — why it exists, what question it was built to answer, and what it demands from the person who applies it. None of these tools is a checklist. Understanding the reasoning behind the structure changes how you use it.
Deep technology, regulated industries, and research-based ventures present challenges that generic entrepreneurship frameworks do not fully address. Academy courses are adapted for these environments — not just in content, but in how each methodology is applied at each stage of the journey.
All courses are asynchronous and self-paced. The outcome of every course is a set of tested assumptions — validated or disproven. Both are valuable. Founders who complete Academy courses leave with a clearer picture of what they know, what they have tested, and what remains to be discovered.
Good founders learn to distinguish between the question they are currently facing and the question they think they are facing. Discovery is not the same work as validation. Validation is not the same work as building. Building is not the same work as growing. And growing is not the same work as scaling.

The Academy does not teach these as a sequence to be followed in order. It teaches each one as a tool for a specific kind of uncertainty — and builds the judgment to know which uncertainty you are actually facing.

The first question in any venture is whether the problem is real and worth solving. Design Thinking builds the discipline to answer that honestly — moving through empathy, definition, ideation, prototyping, and testing in a structured sequence that keeps the founder anchored to actual human needs rather than assumed ones. Before a hypothesis is written, the problem has to be understood.
Ash Maurya's startup-oriented adaptation of the Business Model Canvas. Before a founder runs a single experiment, every assumption in the business needs to be named — problem, customer segment, unique value proposition, solution, channels, revenue streams, cost structure, key metrics, and unfair advantage. Lean Canvas forces that naming in a single structured document, so the riskiest assumptions can be identified and tested first.
Eric Ries's build-measure-learn cycle is the most widely adopted framework for testing business assumptions in the shortest time and with the least resources. The course covers validated learning, the minimum viable product, innovation accounting, cohort analysis, and the pivot-or-persevere decision. Adapted for the technical, regulatory, and commercial challenges founders in deep technology and regulated industries actually face.
Once the core assumptions have been tested and the problem-solution fit is real, Osterwalder's Business Model Canvas structures the full picture of how the business creates, delivers, and captures value. Nine blocks — customer segments, value propositions, channels, relationships, revenue streams, resources, activities, partners, and costs — each named and examined for internal consistency. The Canvas is where a validated hypothesis becomes a coherent business model.

Courses in development span Customer Development and structured interview methodologies; Agile and Scrum for building once the model is validated; growth measurement through frameworks like AARRR and OKRs; scaling operations through EOS and Scaling Up; and the venture capital and fundraising frameworks that govern how ventures are financed at each stage.
A parallel track for deep technology contexts is also in development — covering customer discovery when the technology is pre-commercial, validated learning in regulated markets, application of the Frontier Matrix, and evaluation frameworks for supporters and investors in deep tech ventures.
